We are seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic casual golf operations attendant to deliver exceptional golf and hospitality experiences to all members, guests, and visitors.
Our 18-hole golf course, café/bar, and function space offer an exciting opportunity to provide top-notch service and contribute to the success of our business. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating point-of-sale systems and processing payments;
- Taking and maintaining golf bookings on behalf of members, guests, and visitors;
- Daily tee time coordination and ensuring seamless execution;
- Assisting in the implementation of golf competitions and events programs;
- Preparing and completing golf competition results accurately and efficiently;
- Actively promoting membership offerings to meet targets;
- Promoting and delivering food and beverage services;
- Ensuring motorized cart fleets are presented at high standards and available for hire;
- Assisting in merchandising and replenishing retail stock;
Essential Criteria:
- Excellent customer service, presentation, and communication skills;
- A motivated and enthusiastic attitude that positively influences the team;
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certification;
- Food Handling certification;
