We are seeking an experienced Lead OutSystems Developer to join our team. As a key member of our digital transformation initiatives, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.

This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication and leadership skills. You will work closely with our customers to understand their business requirements and provide guidance on the design and development of solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience with full-stack .Net development, OutSystems, React, and React Native. They should also possess excellent communication skills, be able to take customers on a journey, and have true leadership skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Consulting with customers to determine, analyse, and evaluate their specific business requirements
  • Designing and developing high-quality solutions to meet clients' needs
  • Providing guidance, coaching, and advice to less-experienced consultants
  • Arranging and facilitating presentations, testing, and demonstrations in solution offerings
  • Planning and coordinating resources necessary to successfully complete solution implementation

You will also need to identify and provide recommendations for enhancements across applications, performance, and/or quality.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • OutSystems Development Experience (Preferred)
  • Full-stack .Net development background (Essential)
  • React & React Native Development Experience (Essential)
  • Low-Code Development Experience - any Platform (Essential)
  • Excellent communication skills / client-facing skills (Essential)
