KPMGau, a global professional services firm with a rich history of driving innovation and growth, seeks an exceptional Senior Consultant to join its People and Inclusion People Technology team. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in digital human resources (HR) solutions, specifically SAP SuccessFactors, to empower businesses and individuals.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant who will support our KPMG LEAP Strategy by contributing to the Powered Business Services transformation. Your primary focus will be on simplifying, digitizing, and transforming our People & Inclusion function using cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SAP SuccessFactors - Employee Central: Collaborate with the Transformation team to design the future state of SuccessFactors Employee Central, providing expert-level advice on configuration across multiple solutions, and ensuring seamless system administration, continuous support, defect resolution, and enhancement requests during the post-implementation period.
  • SAP SuccessFactors - Compensation: Develop compensation plans and worksheets, publish compensation data to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, generate reports and statements, and ensure accurate and timely information for stakeholders.
  • SAP SuccessFactors - Performance and Goals: Set up and configure goal plan templates, configure goal plan categories and fields, configure goal plan permissions, set up and configure performance form templates, facilitate calibration in performance management, and provide continuous performance management and feedback.
  • Project Management: Utilize project management methodologies, such as action plans, project plans, technical expertise, and stakeholder engagement to deliver high-quality outcomes within tight timelines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience/certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • System Admin experience in at least 2 SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central is a must-have)
  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  • Experience on large-scale, cross-functional transformation projects highly desirable.
  • Solution-focused with ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects as required.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Experienced in Integration management inbound and outbound from SF Employee Central.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
