Job Summary:

As a Customer Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the integrity of our business by preventing and investigating application fraud.

  • You will utilize cutting-edge fraud detection and prevention tools to identify and mitigate fraudulent activity, working closely with internal teams and merchant partners to minimize losses.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional active listening and negotiation skills, as well as excellent communication skills and high-level resolution and decision-making ability.

Key responsibilities include prioritizing customer delivery, ensuring that customers are treated with respect and empathy at all times.

Additionally, you will analyze and interpret data to uncover and prevent fraudulent activity, communicating fraud decisions to stakeholders and customers as required.
