**Job Description:**The Learning and Development Partner will play a key role in shaping the organization's learning culture by designing, developing and delivering custom training materials that foster a strong learning environment. This position requires a passion for adult learning principles and instructional design, with a strong understanding of various learning theories and models. **Responsibilities:**
  • Design and develop custom training materials to meet the organization's learning needs.
  • Use eLearning authoring tools to build blended learning solutions that engage learners.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training materials and storyboards that align with business objectives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to design and deliver a learning strategy that improves organizational compliance and develops a learning culture.
  • Facilitate training and team workshops to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  • Travel across the region to facilitate training sessions as required.
  • Facilitate Train the Trainer sessions to upskill colleagues.
  • Build stakeholder relationships to understand business needs and proactively offer training and learning solutions.
 **Requirements:**
  • A strong understanding of various learning theories, instructional design models and adult learning principles.
  • Practical experience designing, developing and delivering learning and development initiatives.
  • Proven ability in project delivery, project management, change management and stakeholder management.
  • Skillful use of eLearning authoring tools, multimedia software and other L&D technology platforms.
  • Experience building strong stakeholder relationships and collaborating with subject matter experts.
  • An innovative thinker and problem solver, driven to deliver and achieve targets.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, influencing and facilitation skills.
  • A great collaborator with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
