Key Responsibilities
  • Collecting blood and non-blood samples from patients with care and attention
  • Filling available shifts across a geographical area to meet the needs of our clinics and hospitals
  • Keeping meticulous records for every patient and sample to ensure accurate documentation
  • Delivering documentation within strict turnaround times to support our laboratory services
  • Preparing and packaging specimens for transport and testing to ensure they reach their destination safely and efficiently
  • Liaising with a range of different people, including customers, clinic staff and couriers, to provide excellent customer service
