Job Title: Product Specialist

The Opportunity

This is an exciting permanent full-time opportunity due to internal mobility within our high-performing team. We are seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist to join our Wound Closure Team, which boasts over 60% market share in the space.

Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with specialist surgeons and key hospital decision-makers to drive sales revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Maintain in-depth product and clinical knowledge across our range of Wound Closure products, coordinating demonstrations and collaborating with internal teams.
  • Develop and execute regular training programs for theatre personnel, partnering with our Professional Education team to offer advanced training opportunities.
  • Provide accurate information on all products and their indications to customers, liaising with various stakeholders.
About You
  • You must be passionate about building effective relationships and driving commercial outcomes, with tenacity and enthusiasm to understand and support customers.
  • Your collaborative nature and ability to work independently as a field-based representative are essential.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills are necessary, along with the ability to travel domestically to assigned territories.

This position requires regular travel to hospitals in Western Sydney and regional locations in Western NSW, including Bathurst, Dubbo, and Orange. All applicants must have rights to work in Australia, a reliable car, and a valid Driver Licence.
