Job Opportunity:

As a key member of our global legal team, you will provide commercial legal support for the production of high-profile television and media content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and negotiation of rights acquisition and option agreements
  • Negotiation and drafting of talent agreements
  • Providing general legal advice on IP/copyright, insurance, property, and other general legal matters

Requirements:

  • 4+ years' PQE in media, entertainment, intellectual property, or commercial law
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and commercial approach
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deal with a wide range of different external stakeholders
