The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Partnerships Manager to join our team in Jabiru, Northern Territory. As a key member of our Remote Programs team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with local schools and community organizations, with a focus on improving outcomes for indigenous students.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain partnerships with Jabiru Area School and other community organizations
- Teach specialist subjects to students at Jabiru Area School, with a focus on experiential learning and community engagement
- Provide leadership and coaching to teachers and support staff on community engagement and partnership development
- Liaise with parents and community members to build trust and confidence in our programs
- Model and live the Caulfield Grammar School values and behaviours
- Previous experience working in remote environments as a qualified teacher
- Demonstrated leadership in teaching and learning, curriculum development, and community engagement
- Ability to work in a residential program setting and manage student and employee issues
- Capacity to obtain a NT teacher registration and an Ochre card (NT version of WWCC)
- Light rigid bus licence and Wilderness First Aid Certification
