Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Manager or Senior Manager to enhance our Private Business and Family Advisory Division. This position will be based in our Perth CBD office, where you will work closely with our PBFA Partners, Directors, fellow Managers, Accountants, and support personnel to deliver a comprehensive suite of taxation, financial, and business advisory services.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality, timely, and precise outcomes that support our clients' business needs. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in mentoring and guiding your team members.
This position encompasses a blend of compliance and advisory projects.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting in-depth analysis of intricate advisory projects. Offering practical and commercially viable solutions to our clients. Managing a portfolio of compliance clients. Cultivating and nurturing relationships with clients and colleagues. Coaching and mentoring junior staff members. Identifying and contributing to business development initiatives.Candidate Requirements
To be eligible for this role, candidates should:
Possess strong technical knowledge in Australian taxation and demonstrate a willingness to pursue further tax specialization. Exhibit the analytical rigor necessary for complex advisory projects. Recognize the importance of delivering practical and commercially sound solutions. Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate leadership capabilities to mentor and guide junior staff. Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification. Be CA/CPA qualified. Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Australian public practice. Be adept at managing, reviewing, and mentoring team members.What We Offer
