Job Description

The Retail Site Manager is a pivotal role overseeing day-to-day operations of a retail site, delivering exceptional customer service and driving site success.

This key management position involves overseeing all daily operations of a busy fuel business, including merchandising, marketing, and stock management. You will be responsible for managing staff, recruitment, training, mentoring, and motivation to ensure high performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day site operations to achieve excellent results
  • Merchandising, marketing, and stock management strategies
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate staff
  • Cash handling and reconciliations
  • Food management supervision
  • Maintain hygiene and presentation standards

Requirements
