We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Operations Manager. As part of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing crew scheduling, vessel monitoring, and communication with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Crew Scheduling: Manage the safe and efficient use of company resources for pilot transfers.
  • Vessel Monitoring: Schedule and coordinate with vessel masters as required.
  • Communication: Liaise with internal teams, launch crew, and marine pilots.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High level of organizational skill.
  • Strong computer skills with experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
