**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced transformation professional to join our Board of Directors. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our strategic direction and overseeing our business and digital transformation.

The appointed director will possess strong leadership skills, with experience in overseeing large-scale transformation initiatives. They will also have a deep understanding of strategic people and culture change, as well as contemporary knowledge of capital markets and the Australian economy.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and oversight to our organisation, working closely with our CEO and senior leadership team. You will also support us in showcasing the critical role that engineering plays in addressing major societal challenges and driving economic growth.

To succeed in this position, you will require:

  • Transformation experience at Board or CEO level, overseeing large-scale business and digital transformation;
  • Contemporary knowledge and experience overseeing strategic people and culture change;
  • Strategic economic outlook and positioning, including knowledge of capital markets and the Australian economy;

You will be a highly respected leader in your field, with a proven track record of success. You will be passionate about engineering and committed to supporting our members in driving positive change in their communities and workplaces.
