Job Title:

A key role in delivering an exceptional employee experience and supporting operational excellence.

This is a challenging opportunity for a proactive HR professional to make a meaningful contribution to our organization's success.

  • Partner closely with Senior People Engagement Business Partners to deliver best-practice people processes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including onboarding, policy implementation, reporting, and strategic project work.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage end-to-end onboarding, including pre-employment checks, system setup, and inductions.
  • Support HR initiatives and change projects, assisting with planning, execution, and tracking.
  • Provide administrative support on employee and industrial relations matters, including EA-related documentation.
  • Help embed HR policies and processes, ensuring consistency and compliance across all levels.
  • Collaborate on streamlining HR systems and automating workflows where possible.
  • Deliver HR reporting and dashboards using tools like Power BI and JotForm.
  • Maintain HR systems, templates, and knowledge hubs to enhance team and organisational capability.
  • Support internal communications, stakeholder engagement, and new ways of working across HR.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' experience in HR administration, coordination, or generalist support.
  • Background in construction, manufacturing, or similar blue-collar environments highly regarded.
  • Experience with HRIS systems such as HiBob, Docusign, Microsoft Teams, and Power BI.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with confident stakeholder engagement.
  • Comfortable working with change, ambiguity, and digital tools (e.g. OneDrive, JotForm, SharePoint).
  • A proactive mindset and ability to work independently while collaborating within a team.
  • A formal qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
