
Front Desk Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to administer front desk operations and provide exceptional customer service in an optical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner, both in-person and on the phone.
- Schedule appointments and manage the front desk calendar efficiently.
- Process payments, insurance claims, and other financial transactions accurately.
- Assist clients with frame selection, measurements, and minor adjustments.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Provide basic information about eye health and vision correction.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on phone etiquette.
- Knowledge of frame styles, lens options, and current eyewear trends.
- Experience in frame selection, adjustments, and repairs.
- BASIC understanding of eye health and vision correction.
- Ability to explain technical information in an easy-to-understand manner.
