About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned technical leader with extensive experience in driving innovation and excellence in engineering capabilities. This senior role requires an individual with strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, plan, and implement technical solutions in complex distributed environments.
  • Develop and lead high-performing teams to deliver large-scale programs of work.
  • Maintain advanced knowledge of technology's broader operational environment.
  • Implement effective testing strategies, including automated testing solutions.
  • Foster strong relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in automation, development, and testing fields.
  • 8+ years of senior or managerial IT experience in agile environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing, planning, and implementing technical solutions.
  • Strong understanding of technology's broader operational environment.
  • Experience with licensed and open-source automation tools, frameworks, scripting languages.
