Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team at Tradeconnex. As a key member of our estimating team, you will be responsible for producing tenders and developing lump sum pricing for a range of civil, utility, and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage project estimates, including tendering and pricing for projects up to $50 million.
  2. Evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing, and negotiate subcontract terms and conditions.
  3. Estimate and monitor project costs throughout the construction phase.
Requirements
  1. Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Engineering.
  2. 5 years' local experience in estimating and project management.
  3. Proven track record of working on projects with government agencies and clients such as Sydney Water, RMS, and local councils.
  4. Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
