
Clinical Leadership Role for ABA Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced supervisor to lead our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments: Utilize expertise to assess and analyze client behaviors, providing comprehensive reports outlining functional relationships and potential intervention strategies.
- Design and Modify Client Treatment Plans: Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, modifying existing plans based on ongoing assessments and progress monitoring.
- Guide Senior and Junior Therapists: Provide guidance on effective ABA program implementation, offering ongoing support and feedback to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Lead Monthly Team Meetings: Conduct virtual team meetings to discuss client progress, address challenges, and refine treatment strategies, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused environment among the therapy team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in remote ABA supervision and be available for regular discussions or presentations to explore collaboration opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ABA programs to meet client needs.
- Foster a collaborative team environment through regular meetings and communication.
- Analyze client data to inform treatment decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans.
