About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead our Goodstart Early Learning Park Street centre. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and developing our teachers and educators, while building strong relationships with children, families, and communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Manage a High-Performing Team: Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement.
  • Deliver High-Quality Education and Care: Implement our bespoke learning program, developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice, to ensure children receive the best possible start in life.
  • Drive Business Growth and Sustainability: Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business.

Goodstart Early Learning Park Street is a premier centre that offers high-quality education and care for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Our centre follows the Early Years Learning Framework, which guides our educational programs and supports the scaffolding of children's learning.

Requirements
  • Qualifications and Experience: A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards), experience with leading and managing change within education, health or community services, and experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage.
  • Commercial Acumen and Financial Management: Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
