Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time

Pay: Above Award Wages + Super + Benefits

  • Support the Centre Director in leading the team to deliver high-quality early learning and care
  • Mentor and develop the capabilities of the centre team
  • Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence
  • Implement the Goodstart Practice Guide

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Centre Director to drive continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations
  • Forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families and engage with the local community networks
  • Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
