**Key Responsibilities**


As the Assistant Director at Goodstart Coorparoo, Park Street, you will be responsible for supporting the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care. You will also mentor and build capabilities within the centre team, and be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence.

**Supporting Our Centre Team**


As the Assistant Director, you will work closely with the Centre Director and the centre team to provide a high-quality learning and care environment for children. You will also be responsible for implementing the Goodstart Practice Guide and using and implementing our child-centred, teacher-guided learning framework.
