Key Responsibilities- Develop and Deliver Wellbeing Initiatives: Design and implement systems and processes to improve our organisation's approach to supporting the health and wellbeing of employees.
- Strategic Analysis and Consultation: Engage with managers and key stakeholders to undertake strategic analysis and drive improvements in health, wellbeing, and psychosocial performance and outcomes.
- Program Delivery and Support: Provide high-level support in the delivery of programs and interventions that support employee wellbeing across the organisation.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Provide advice on the application and interpretation of relevant legislation, policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
- Employee Engagement and Accountability: Engage all levels of the organisation to understand their duties and responsibilities, building accountability and promoting a culture of wellbeing.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Tertiary qualifications in WHS, Health, Psychology, or a relevant discipline.
- Demonstrated experience implementing wellbeing programs in a complex organisation.
- Demonstrated experience working in a health and safety function with specific experience in psychosocial safety and risk management.
- Strong knowledge of WHS, psychosocial risk, and Workers Compensation legislation.
- High-level attention to detail and focus on risk management.
