Job Description

As a Sales Manager at AccorHotel, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing sales strategies to achieve set targets. You will lead the C&E Sales team to ensure efficient operations, maintain a database of key contacts, and implement sales conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Maintain a database of key contacts and clients
  • Develop and implement sales conversion targets and measure monthly performance
  • Identify high-demand periods and implement strategies to maximize revenue
  • Drive team performance to exceed Conference Vision targets
  • Monitor competitors and assess relevance to current sales strategies
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts with high accuracy
  • Ensure team efficiency and minimize errors
  • Monitor and report on deposit and payment processing issues
  • Prepare weekly forecast reports and communicate with operating departments
  • Provide reporting and evidence of activities
  • Chair and drive weekly banquet event order meetings
  • Provide quotations for C&E proposals to maximize revenue
  • Ensure exceptional event delivery and client satisfaction
  • Coordinate and host familiarization and site inspection activities
  • Ensure active presence in the hotel as required by business demands or client needs
Requirements
