Financial Operations Coordinator, Superannuation Administration

About the Role
As a Financial Operations Coordinator in our Superannuation Administration team at SS&C Bluedoor Pty Limited, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial services. Your primary responsibility will be to process and review superannuation tasks as needed, including document linking, file indexing, member and employer applications, contributions, beneficiary updates, correspondence, withdrawals, pension payments, insurance changes, and investment switches.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Process and review superannuation tasks efficiently and accurately, meeting service level agreements and regulatory obligations.
- Liaise with advisers and internal staff to effectively solve queries and changes, maintaining excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Diligently ensure the accuracy of member records, adhering to data quality standards and security protocols.
- Work collaboratively with peers to ensure the successful completion of requests, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Participate in regular team meetings to provide feedback on process improvements, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our operations.
- Ensure all administration functions are completed within designated timelines, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet business needs.
- Appropriately manage operational and compliance risk by escalating errors, incidents, or issues with your manager, upholding the highest standards of integrity and accountability.
