Clinical Administration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Administrator to provide administration support to Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) clinicians and nursing coordinators.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure clinical questions are referred to the appropriate clinical area or clinician.
- Use various clinical and information database systems to undertake tasks such as data entry and coordinate BMT patient status.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating a commitment to MNH values and code of conduct.
- Provide excellent customer focus in a friendly and helpful manner.
It is expected that all Metro North Health staff contribute to the health equity agenda by actively supporting the elimination of racial discrimination and institutional racism.
Requirements:The successful candidate will have a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills and Qualifications:The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in a written and oral capacity.
