Job Opportunity

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Project Coordinator.

  • The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in supporting teams, projects and maintaining databases, with excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise.

  • In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively with a range of key stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.

  • A key aspect of this role will be to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes that benefit the business.

  • You will need to be a multitasker with a real eye for detail who can prioritise the workload while juggling competing deadlines.

  • Additionally, you will be a curious learner who can pick up new systems quickly and be resourceful in finding information, taking ownership of challenges and planning ahead.

  • While not essential, a working knowledge of finance processes, procurement and reporting is highly regarded.
