Our organization is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable cycle. This 12-month fixed-term contract position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical abilities to effectively work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage invoices accurately and make timely payments
  • Coding and reconciling invoices according to accounting policies
  • Resolve discrepancies and queries efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records and report to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

About Our Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent problem-solving abilities. Experience working with financial systems and software, including Excel and accounting packages, is highly desirable.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Experience in accounts payable management, preferably in the agricultural services sector
  • Proficiency in financial software, including Excel and accounting packages
