You will work closely with the Financial Controller and CFO, supporting decision making across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Corporate functions while ensuring the integrity of monthly reporting and budgeting processes.Key Responsibilities Manage month end close, including journals, reconciliations and reporting Prepare monthly management reports with insightful commentary Business partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Corporate teams Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with department heads Analyse cost centres and support ongoing cost control initiatives Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support operational and strategic decisions Present financial insights clearly to non finance stakeholders Support finance process improvements and system enhancements About You Degree qualified in Accounting, Commerce or a related field CA or CPA qualified Trained in a Big 4 or mid tier accounting firm, with commercial industry experience Strong technical accounting knowledge and commercial acumen Experience in management reporting, budgeting and forecasting Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Proficient in Excel and experienced with ERP systems Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities For a confidential discussion, click APPLY or contact Jake Densley at at Atlas Partners.
