Procurement Manager Job Description

Strategic Procurement Opportunities

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for assisting with the strategic sourcing direction for various spend categories across different markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Local and Group-Wide Deals: Support the team in securing local and group-wide deals across key markets (USA, UK, Italy, and Germany).
  • Contribute to Procurement Strategy: Contribute to the procurement strategy for the team's spend categories.
  • Own Data Gathering and Analytics: Own and lead data gathering and analytics for the team on spend information, contract data, market analysis, and other required data and reports.
  • Build Internal Partner Relationships: Build and maintain internal partner relationships.
  • Provide Strategic Commercial Input: Provide strategic commercial input to company-wide cost-saving programs.

You will have a proven track record in procurement, including category planning, sourcing tools/techniques, and data analysis expertise. You will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to listen to and understand stakeholder needs while having the confidence to challenge them when necessary.

As a Procurement Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a global team, driving innovation and challenging current business processes. You will be responsible for managing complex procurements, developing strong relationships with suppliers, and providing strategic guidance to stakeholders.
