Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate data into actionable insights with a focus on fulfilment
  • Plan all phases of fulfillment projects to ensure plans are robust and operational aspects are planned for and implemented effectively
  • Develop coordinated daily, weekly and monthly reporting & insights to improve team, fulfillment network and customer outcomes
  • Proactively identify initiatives and work with leadership to build strategies to fuel growth in EGL Ecomm operations
  • Custodian of fulfillment data including Product, Range, Availability, Productivity and efficiency and Customer experience metrics
  • Support the development and tracking of fulfillment improvement initiatives highlighting risks and opportunities throughout the initiative life cycle
  • Influence positive outcomes through communicating analytical insights to key stakeholders in the organisation
  • Advocate for key operational metrics across fulfillment and draw on insights which lead to meaningful action

Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant experience as an Analyst
  • Proficient with MS Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and MS Powerpoint/Google Slides
  • Fulfilment and/or supply chain exposure will be well regarded
