Your Role

You will bridge operations, customers and business functions. You will overcome logistical challenges to ensure smooth warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. Use your leadership, customer management and influencing skills to drive logistics innovation using the latest technology.

Your duties will include:

  • Partnering with key customers to develop and grow their business
  • Initiating continuous improvements to achieve a competitive edge
  • Understanding customer needs and expectations and working with them for success
  • Ensuring profitable growth and managing profit and loss
  • Supporting key account functions including complaint handling problem solving and other contractually agreed services
  • Driving employee engagement initiatives through leadership
  • Managing account strategy including contract renewals

Requirements

To be successful you will have:

  • A proven track record of performance in a logistics or 3PL/4PL environment
  • Experience in Account Management ideally within Consumer and Technology sectors
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills (Excel PowerPoint) and exposure to a warehouse management system
  • Ability to negotiate partner agreements at senior management level
  • P&L experience
  • Excellent personal presentation and strong written and verbal communication skills
