Job Title

A Senior Leadership position has become available in our organisation to oversee the delivery of safe and reliable travel services.

  • Lead a team of Superintendents across multiple locations.
  • Develop and implement logistics plans that maintain safety, compliance and performance.
  • Collaborate with senior managers to optimise aviation and bussing services for all sites.
  • Oversee the management of risk and controls for Aviation operations in Copper SA.
  • Verify the integrated management system element for contractor management in Copper SA.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide leadership for a team of professionals in the field of people movement logistics.
  2. Ensure that aviation and bussing services are aligned with business objectives and meet required standards.
  3. Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and reduce risks.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a leader in operational or contractor settings.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Strong change management and culture building capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership in customer service.
