At QantasLink, we are building a team of experts who will lead the way in achieving innovation together.

The ideal candidate for this role will have 5+ years' experience within an IT related field and will be proficient in software coding and experience in dealing with complex IT infrastructure.

We are looking for someone who is result driven with experience in influencing high performance teams working under pressure to deliver against deadlines.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the technology development and system enhancement projects for a variety of IT products in the Electronic Flight Bag for Flight Crew, ensuring the products are compliant to regulatory requirements and fit-for-purpose for QantasLink's flying operations.

Reporting to the Manager Fleet Technical and Business Improvement, you will play a vital role in supporting the business unit to identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives as well as support the delivery of new projects.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity at Qantas Headquarter in Mascot.

  • The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator and proven ability to build constructive and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will have excellent analytical skills and proven ability to develop and interpret metrics to identify trends.
  • Operational experience in aviation is highly desirable.
