Quality Management Leader

We're seeking an accomplished Quality Management Leader to oversee the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of our Company Management System (CMS) across Australian and New Zealand offices and projects.

  • Implementation and maintenance of the CMS for ANZ business unit.

  • Development of working level documents and forms required to support the CMS.

  • Quality orientation and training programs development and implementation.

  • Providing quality management leadership and support on Bids and Projects.

  • Role of Project Quality Manager on projects and supporting/mentoring projects in quality requirements.

  • Quality material development and presentation to partners and clients to support Bids.

  • Audit Programs preparation and scheduling, coordination, management, and participation in Internal and External Audits.

  • Data development and presentation at regular management review meetings with top management.

  • Correction and corrective action program development and implementation in respect to Nonconformities.

  • Client satisfaction monitoring.

  • Continuous improvement programs monitoring.

  • Relevant records maintenance and retention in accordance with the QMS.

Requirements:

  • Established experience in quality management within engineering design and/or construction of major infrastructure projects, currently working in a leadership position.

  • Trained Quality Auditor (ISO 9001 lead auditor training preferred).

  • Excellent working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Standard and familiarity with various industry codes, standards and regulations governing quality management.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills as well as the ability to work in a demanding multidisciplinary environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
