Executive Quality Assurance Manager

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Executive Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the registration and re-registration of quality assessors, ensuring legislative compliance. They will also be responsible for managing feedback and complaints about quality assessors, providing clear and concise reports to stakeholders.
">Responsibilities:
- Oversight of assessor registration and re-registration processes
- Management of feedback and complaints about quality assessors
- Quality assurance of registration and re-registration decisions and complaints outcome reports
- Maintenance of internal guidance materials related to registration/re-registration policies and procedures and complaints management processes
- Leadership and management of a small team of direct reports
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in delegated decision-making in a regulatory environment
- Strong written communication skills for preparing comprehensive reports
- Complaints management experience in a regulatory environment
- Ability to lead engagement and communication with sensitivity
- Understanding and compliance with legislative, policy and regulatory frameworks
Benefits:
- $114,247 - $130,300 per annum salary range
- 15.4% superannuation
- Irregular/intermittent non-ongoing opportunity with option to extend to 24 months
