Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Aged Care Provider in Fairfield. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing Personal Care, Domestic Assistance, and Social Support services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Support: Assist clients with daily tasks, such as accompanying them to doctor appointments, shopping, and providing assistance with grocery shopping.
  • Domestic Assistance: Help with general home cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, cleaning the bathroom, changing bed linen, and laundry.
  • Personal Care: Assist with personal care duties, such as showering, dressing, and grooming, when required.
Requirements:
  • Valid Police Check obtained within the last 6 months
  • WWCC
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Passport/Visa, Medicare or Photo ID
  • Driver's Licence and Car Insurance (optional)
  • Certificate III in Aged Care
  • Tax File Number
  • Bank Account Detail
  • Superannuation Account Detail
  • Covid Vaccination Certificate
  • Languages: Mandarin, Spanish, Cantonese (preferred)
