About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team in Fairfield. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to customers, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility support.
  • Assist with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry, to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Support customers with meal preparation and shopping, ensuring they have access to nutritious food and essential items.
  • Provide social support and transport to lifestyle activities, promoting social interaction and community engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with customers, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Requirements
  • 6 months or more experience in a similar role, including experience with personal care.
  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
  • Availability to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer-centered care.
