About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our team in Fairfield. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our elderly customers to live independently at home for longer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure our customers' homes are safe and comfortable.
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping to promote healthy eating and independence.
  • Offer social support and transport to lifestyle activities, helping our customers stay connected with their community.
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management, to support our customers' physical and emotional well-being.
  • Offer respite and emotional support to our customers and their families.
  • Provide complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia, and work collaboratively with our care team to develop personalized care plans.

Requirements
  • A current P1 class or above Australian Driver's License and a registered vehicle.
  • Availability to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Comfortable working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems.
