- Oversee end-to-end service experiences and ensure changes are based on client and staff needs.
- Evaluate proposed solutions and design at both a conceptual and tactical level.
- Provide guidance and coaching to team members.
- Previous Service Designer experience, preferably in a Government Agency or Department.
- Enterprise-level Service Design experience.
- Proficiency in designing services that prioritize end-user needs.
- Background in creating user personas and user journey maps.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies like Agile or Kanban.
- Ability to lead co-design sessions with stakeholders and users.
- Immediate start pending clearances.
- 12-month temporary assignment.
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday.
- $602.55 per day + super.
- Geelong, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Sydney locations.
