**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as a Justice Officer. This role will provide corporate support services for two locations, managing scheduling, staff rosters, and serving as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain scheduling for resident outings and court requirements.
  • Monitor and maintain staff rosters daily, adjusting to accommodate changes such as leave requests and unplanned absences.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholder enquiries.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge and experience in rostering, human resource services, and/or payroll processing.
  • Proficiency with Excel and other data and information systems.
  • Ability to resolve issues through deep understanding or interpretation of existing guidelines.
  • Experience with an integrated personnel/payroll system and the ability to enter, modify, and extract data accurately.
  • A relevant qualification in human resources, finance, or business administration is desirable.
