Roster Administrator
",">- Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and coordination of rostering processes for a large organization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely salary payments and payroll previews.
Perform quality control checks on timesheets and payroll data.
Authorise any necessary exceptions to the standard rostering process.
",">Requirements:
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in rostering and payroll management.
- Strong understanding of human resources practices and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret and provide advice on departmental policies and enterprise awards.
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of TimeTarget, Chris21 or other relevant software.
- Relevant qualification or work experience in human resources.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
