**Job Opportunity**
The successful applicant will be undertaking day to day heavy paint repairs to ensure vehicles are well presented, safe and roadworthy. This role comes with a competitive salary of **$80,000 - $100,000 per annum**, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day shift: 6am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday, possible overtime on Saturdays
- Prepare, maintain and operate Fleet within safety compliances.
- Repairing vehicles within a structured process.
- Assessing task on hand and planning job method.
- Carry out major and minor paint repairs using appropriate tools and machinery where necessary.
- Conduct minor fiberglass and body repairs when required.
- Record and report work appropriately.
- Prepare vehicles to the highest of standards to Ventura's brand and customer expectations.
**Requirements**
We are seeking an individual who possesses:
- Cert III in Automotive Refinishing Technology (Spray Painter)
- Experience in repairing heavy vehicles
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Current Drivers Licence (MR or higher licence desirable)
- Be a team player
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
