Bus Body Repair Specialist

A Day in the LifeAs a Bus Body Repair Specialist at Ventura Bus Lines, you will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet of vehicles is well presented, safe, and roadworthy. Your day-to-day tasks will include preparing and maintaining our buses within safety compliances, repairing vehicles using appropriate tools and machinery, conducting minor fiberglass and body repairs when required, and recording and reporting your work appropriately.
The Role Requirements- Cert III in Automotive Refinishing Technology (Spray Painter)
- Experience in repairing heavy vehicles
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Current Drivers Licence (MR or higher licence desirable)
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
We offer an excellent salary package, including a competitive annual salary of $85,000-$110,000 depending on experience, plus a range of benefits such as modern facilities, career development opportunities, uniform provided, and annual incentive programs.
