Job Summary

This exciting role is responsible for creating memorable experiences for our museum visitors. The successful candidate will develop and implement engaging programs and activities, collaborate with curators and educators, and provide exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Programs: Design and deliver interactive exhibitions, events, and educational programs that cater to diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with curators, educators, and other staff to develop exhibitions, educational programs, and promotional activities.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond promptly to visitor inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive experience for all visitors.
  • Promote Museum Events: Collaborate with other departments to promote museum events, exhibitions, and activities through various channels.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: A related field such as arts, education, or museum studies is required.
  • Museum Experience: Previous experience working in a museum or similar cultural institution is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
