Job Title:

Museum Leader

 

The Museum Leader is a pivotal role that oversees the daily operations of a heritage museum, ensuring a welcoming and well-maintained space for visitors. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising team members, preparing rosters, maintaining presentation standards, and overseeing general museum maintenance.

 

  • Supervising the operations of ongoing exhibition programs
  • Managing team members and preparing rosters

  • Preparation of venue performance reporting and statistics

 

As a Museum Leader, you will contribute to the broader cultural services department initiatives, strategies, and service enhancement opportunities, and maintain a customer-centric culture of high performance and accountability.
