Job Overview

This part-time role involves supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the organization and working closely with key stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable and assist with payroll processing to ensure timely payments and accurate records.
  • Prepare and lodge Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Instalment Activity Statements (IAS) in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee debtor follow-ups and debt collection to minimize outstanding balances and maintain a healthy cash flow.
  • Maintain the company trust account to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and submit client software subscription billing to secure revenue streams.
  • Provide high-level client service and communication to foster strong relationships and drive business growth.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in office administration, preferably in a finance-related role.
  • Experience and knowledge of accounting software such as MYOB and Xero to efficiently manage financial data.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, to create professional documents and presentations.
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Confident communicator with a professional and proactive attitude to effectively collaborate with team members and external parties.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team to achieve organizational goals.
