Early Years Sports Program Manager

  • Organizing and overseeing various sporting programs for pre-school aged children
  • Recruiting and training staff members to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Delivering and managing sports programs for children aged 2-5 years old
  • Managing a team of sports coaches and ensuring effective time management to meet all KPIs and targets

Previous experience working with children aged 2-5 years old is essential. The successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a proactive nature, and excellent problem-solving skills. They will be able to motivate and lead the team to achieve outstanding results and consistently exceed expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement innovative sports programs for young children
  • Train and manage a team of sports coaches to deliver high-quality programs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local schools and community groups
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

Requirements:
