We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our team of experts in making a real difference for our Federal and State Government clients.

  • Microsoft Exchange on premises and hybrid environments
  • Exchange Online
  • Office 365
  • Exchange Online Protection (EOP)
  • Active Directory

A minimum of NV1 AGSVA security clearance is required for this role.

About you:

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Design and implement new or existing environments
  • Analyse, test and remediate applications and services
  • Build, configure and implement Microsoft Exchange on-premises and cloud-based solutions
  • Manage Exchange security, including access controls, antivirus and spam filters
  • Assist with general Exchange activities based on client requirements
  • Prepare and deliver As Built As Configured and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Transfer skills to our clients
  • Document security related information under the guidance of Oobe's security practice
  • Collaborate with other Oobe team members to deliver quality outcomes for our clients
  • Leverage Oobe's vendor relationships to assist with design, configuration and remediation activities based on best practices
  • Continuously improve and iterate technical processes, tools and reporting
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices for technologies
  • Manage client expectations with Oobe's Project Management team
  • Participate in creating new products and solutions as a member of a cross-functional team
  • Prepare statement of works, user guides and release notes

Requirements:

  • Minimum NV1 security clearance
  • Recent experience in the tech skills required, ideally within a large government organisation or enterprise
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to adapt and apply techniques and methodologies to new uses
  • Experience working in multidimensional teams
  • Analysis, communication and presentation ability
  • Strong work ethic and a 'can do', happy to learn attitude
