Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Operator to join our team at ManpowerGroup Australia. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of our production processes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Run production lines efficiently and effectively, adhering to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  2. Package products accurately and safely, maintaining high levels of quality and attention to detail.
  3. Break up frozen raw material as required, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.
  4. Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring safe handling and storage of goods.
  5. Complete paperwork accurately and efficiently, meeting all relevant regulations and deadlines.
  6. Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform basic maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Current forklift ticket and willingness to obtain additional certifications as required.
  • Ability to lift up to 25kg and stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
