The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our global pay equity and transparency program. This role will be critical in ensuring that our pay practices are fair, transparent, and equitable for all employees.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a global pay transparency program, including pay equity frameworks, processes, and tools. They will work closely with global Reward and HR teams to ensure that our pay practices align with our business strategy and comply with relevant country regulations.

The key accountabilities of this role include:

  • Leading the design and implementation of a global pay transparency program, including pay equity frameworks, processes, and tools.
  • Evaluating job architecture, pay structures, and pay practices to enhance transparency and equity.
  • Reviewing recruitment processes and proposing changes to incorporate pay transparency frameworks and mitigate bias.
  • Developing education programs for leaders and employees to build trust and engagement around our reward philosophy and practices.
  • Creating employee feedback channels and monitoring the impact of pay transparency initiatives.
  • Providing specialist technical advice and coaching support to global Reward and HR teams.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in reward and pay equity. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in managing and understanding reward programs and relevant reward processes and pay components.
  • Deep project management experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.
